Delete in the app

1. Open CheckIn or CheckView and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Select “Delete account”.
4. Enter your current password, confirm the permanent action, then select “Delete account”.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the account

Send the request from the email address registered to the account to Support@alielhassan.com. Do not send your password or access tokens. Appropriate ownership verification may be required before the request is completed.

What is deleted or unlinked?

• The authentication account and profile.
• Organization and site access assignments tied to the account.
• Notifications addressed to the account.
• Any account link on diagnostics; new diagnostic events do not store a user identifier.
• User identity is removed from retained audit and operational records.

What may be retained?

The operating organization may retain inspection records, evidence, photos, signatures, and action history needed to document facility work or meet operational or legal obligations. When the account is deleted, those retained records are unlinked from the user identity where possible and historical identity is shown as “Deleted user”. Retention periods are controlled by the operating organization’s requirements.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription managed by Google. Cancel it in Google Play when required. The platform retains only service-entitlement and verification data needed for subscription operation and billing obligations.
