Scope

This notice covers the Entry, Viewer, and Admin apps and the Daily Checklists web portal. The system is intended for authorized organizational users and is not an advertising service or a service directed to children.

Data and purpose

• Account data: name, email, role, organization, and assigned sites for access control.
• Operational data: checklist answers, notes, photos, signature, timestamps, operator identity, and reviews for documentation, follow-up, and approval.
• Encrypted local data while working offline until synchronization.

Data is not sold and is not used for advertising or marketing tracking.

Storage and security

Data is stored in the organization’s dedicated Supabase environment and scoped by organization and site permissions. Encrypted transport, server-side row policies, and secure local storage are used. The operating organization defines retention according to its legal and operational requirements.
