Scope

This notice covers CheckIn, CheckView, CheckAdmin, and the Daily Checklists web apps. The system is intended for authorized organizational users and is not used for advertising or marketing tracking.

Data and purpose

• Account data: name, email, role, organization, and assigned sites for authentication and access control.
• Operational data: checklist answers, notes, photos, signature, timestamps, reviews, and evidence for documentation, follow-up, and approval.
• Subscription data: Google Play product ID and a purchase token used for server-side entitlement verification; the subscription database stores a token hash rather than the raw purchase token.
• Diagnostics: app version, platform, module, error type, a sanitized message, and a limited stack summary. Diagnostic rows do not store a user identifier, and known tokens, email addresses, and sensitive credential patterns are redacted before transmission.
• Encrypted local data while working offline until synchronization.

Data is not sold and is not used for advertising or marketing profiles.

Security and sharing

Data is transmitted over encrypted channels to the platform’s service providers, including Supabase, and to Google Play only for subscription verification. Organization/site access controls and encrypted offline storage are used. User data is not shared with advertisers.

Retention and deletion

CheckIn and CheckView users who create an account can delete it in the app. This removes the authentication account, profile, and access assignments and unlinks identity from retained historical records. The operating organization may retain inspection/evidence records needed for operational or legal obligations after they are unlinked from the account identity. See account deletion details.

Your rights and contact

You may request access or correction as permitted by your organization, or use the account-deletion flow where applicable. The only support contact for technical or privacy questions is Support@alielhassan.com. Never send your password or access tokens.
